Terms and Conditions
We provide you with European tested and certified quality systems that never comprimise on durability and safety, right here in South Africa.
In the unlikely event of cancelling a pre-ordered system, for whatever reason, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover administation costs.
We make use of an automated online coupon and sale system, if a technical error occurs and an expired or unauthorized coupon or sale is processed, we reserve the right to request the balance to be paid before any product is delivered.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product and would like to return it, below is the criteria to do so:
- Within 7 Calender Days of Delivery
- The product must not have been used
- Must be returned in its original packaging. (All Plastics, Foam and board protection and packaged in the box)
- The product must be in a resellable condition
If the above criteria is not met the full (80%) refund will not be possible, and the refund amount will be at managements disgression.
A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover courier/admin expences and the product will have to be sold as an opened system, whether used or not.
Refunds take 10 Calender days to process starting from when the item has been received at our warehouse.
Warranty – 12 Months
1-year warranty initiates from the day product is delivered.
We check all products before leaving our warehouse but if anything leaves our warehouse that is not up to standard we will gladly replace the product granted that all the conditions are adhered to under our returns policy. Please note that this must be done within 72hours of receiving the product. Please email us on email@example.com.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Out of warranty :
- Wear and tear
- Misuse of product
- Improper Installation causing damage
- Wear and tear on wheels
- If any alterations were done.
If there are any material or workmanship issue discovered within your warranty period please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Management will at their own decretion decide to either repair or replace your product.
All courier costs will be at our expense, be it for repair or replacement.
Should this not be an option, we will offer a refund.
We reserve the right to request information such as product model and photographs of issue.
Out of Warranty
We stock replacement parts and try make sure that any upgrades retain the basic connectors and that they are interchangable but this is not guarenteed.
